To help you find the right home:

  • I will keep the buyer informed of properties currently on the market that meet the buyers
    criteria, regardless of which company it's listed with.
  • Take the buyer on a property tour to select the perfect home.

Once the right home is selected, I will be able to:

  • Perform a Professional Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) on your property. This will
    show all the properties Active, Pending, Sold or Settled comparable to the buyers future home.
  • Pull Tax and public records. Showing what the sellers paid for the property and when.
  • Create school reports highlighting what your school district has to offer from the National School Reporting Agency.
  • Create a Know Your Neighborhood, neighborhood snapshot including crime index, school information, demographics including median income, age breakdown, education level, employment and more.
  • Prepare and present offers in a timely fashion.
  • Represent Buyer in all negotiations.
  • Follow up, on a periodic basis, with the loan officer regarding the loan approval process, appraisal and termite inspection.
  • Attend home inspections and negotiate any repairs.
  • Provide information, as necessary to the title company & mortgage company.
  • Ensure that all terms of the Contract of Sale are completed on time.
  • Attend the settlement to assist you with any questions you may have.
  • Handle the transfer of gas & electric, phone and newspaper newspaper.
  • Forwarding of mail and many other
    services FREE with one phone call.
  • Make your move as hassle free as possible.
